Lunar Moon Current Status:

The land in Lunar Moon has been quiet lately, and not too many signs of a storm or too many clouds. The weather has been extremely fair, with the sunshine beating down cozily down on the inhabitants of Lunar Moon. The sky has been clear without any clouds for over a few days, so it shouldn't rain anytime soon.

Roleplaying: Pack Territories
[ ]Indigo Moon Pack
Located south of the Lavender Fields is a small Tribal Wolf pack nestled between two mountains in a valley. During the time of sunset and the time of night, the mountains give off a purple-blue glow, giving the pack the name "Indigo Moon".

[ ]Fire Star Pack
Here lies a pack of wolves lead by Tyson. Their land is mostly hidden beneath oddly-shaped and some burnt trees. Fire Star comes from a legend of a wolf who was told by a star a fire was coming, and saved the pack from the ficious flames. Most everything had grown back, but just in odd shapes.

[ ]Dynasty Pack
A pack lead by Amaroq, it's somewhat a dark and secluded place. There is a forest to one side, a cave system to another side and on the other side is a winding river so pure and clean. Lastly there is a meadow fit for hunting. During the regular months many different prey animals roam throughout the landscape. The sunset is beautiful here at the Dynasty pack.

Roleplaying: Other Territories
[ ]Lavender Fields
A vast field of beautiful lavender flowers stretches for miles across an endless plain. It is perfect hunting territory for carnivores, and is a major stop for migrating carribou in the spring. It is lush and full of other game. The Indigo Moon pack lurks nearby.
00
[ ]Woodland Border
These woods are not at all large, but the foliage is spread out in large spaces, so it is very visible when wandering through them. Sunlight is very easily scattered on the forest floor, and it is very bright. It has excellent game, full or deer and pheasant. It is the border to one area of the Kapris Elf wolves' territory.
00
[ ]Charred Cliffs
On the outskirts of an unknown territory, lies a deep, burnt-looking crevice with a small river flowing sluggishly through it. The river is slow, and the rocks are black with ash. Why it is this way, no one is quite sure. Old bones and carcasses can be found here for any eager scavenger.
00
[ ]Eagle's Eye Falls
The sound of falling water can be heard for over a hundred miles, the river carrying the sound of flowing water even further through the land. The source of the thunderous sound comes from huge falls called the Eagle's Eye Falls by the native wolves of the area. It is named after the many eagle's nests found ontop of its many ridges, and there is scarcley ever a time where you will not see one or two of them soaring high above the land. The falls are powerful, and it would be fatal if one was to fall into them, but they can also be a source of peacefulness. They are a host to much beautiful scenery, and the forest that grows around it also has many healing her.0bs and other remedies to spare due to the perfect living conditions. They are the biggest falls in the land. This land lies near the FireStar Pack's territory, and is sometimes filled with wonderous howling from the pack.

[ ]Abandoned Battlefield
Long ago, a battle raged on here, and blood was spilled onto its earth. Many have fallen to the might of the human weapon. Now, it is only a dry shell of what it once was. It had served its purpous for the humans, but now it is old and dead. Wolves still come here to fight.
00
[ ]Human Settlement
A small human village rests upon a plateau near a small patch of woods, and humans do inhabit the area. Many hunts take place each day, and it is rarely ever safe for a wolf to come close. The humans here do not hesitate to kill the predator that kills their livestock. There are some old burrows where some animals come to rest during long trips or hibernation, and they also make good cover from the hunters. Wolves must caution in order not to have their pelts hung up on a wall. There are NO wolves domesticated in this settlement.

[ ]Tsunami Ridge
Overlooking a bay leading into an ocean is a long wall of cliffs on which the waves from the sea crash upon and spray sea foam and water for many feet inland. The impact of the waves on the solid rock cliffs cause such a huge noise and make such huge bursts of water, that many long ago thought that the waves had been caused by a tsunami from the sea. After a time, the people who named the bay realized that the daily splashing of the waves was not caused by an endless natural disaster, but simply by natural waves crashing against the rocks. The name, however, stuck and many continue to call it "Tsunami Ridge".
00
[ ]Crying Caverns
Close to the Abandoned Battlefield rests an ancient rock cave carved into a solid rock cliff. The cave is said to be haunted by many, because of the strange sounds that occasionally emit from its depths. The sounds are each different every time they are heard. Once, it sounds like a baby crying. The next it is a scream of a terrified onlooker to a tragic ending. No one has ever ventured deep enough inside to ever find out what is the cause of the strange sounds. Not many have ever returned sane. Though some who have returned sane enough to tell their story say that once inside, the deeper you tread, the sounds never seem to get any louder or fade at all. It was as if you were standing in place the whole time.

[ ]Coyote Lake
Cayote Lake is a peaceful and calm body of water that has extremely clear water. The Mikasi Village is located on a small hill at its base, and coyotes and wolves are a common sight near its banks. It is abundant with fish such as salmon and trout that come from a small river leading from an unknown source to the wolves. Many of the trees here are low to the ground and leaning on one side after a great storm that caused the ancient trees to tip, but they are far from dead. Most of them are willows, and provide good shade from the burning afternoon sun, and animals like to rest on the easily reachable trunks and branches.
00
[ ]Wild Goose Run
This is a major stop for migrating birds, particularily geese, in the fall and winter, and during the more warmer seasons of the year, other game animals graze in the green meadow. The grass here is tall and very lush, so it is easy to hide in these parts. Wolves come here in packs to hunt because most of the herd animals that come through here are large and massive, such as moose and carribou. There are some small areas to stay, but only for short periods of time since most of the burrows and caves are occupied by hibernating animals that live in them throughout the year.

[ ]Mikasi Village
Mikasi Village means "Coyote Village" in the Native American tongue. The small village is named because of their close location to Cayote Lake. The dwellers of this village are more friendly than those of the other nearby human settlement, who hunt the wolves of the area. These people who live here are humble and much more understanding to nature, and are less barbaric. They have tamed many wolves in the past and now their ancestors have stuck with an unbreakable bond to the humans who care for them. The wolves are friendly as well, not experienced in the wild enough to know of the hardships that most of their wild cousins must face each day. Other wolves from the land may come to visit this village occasionally to speak to the domestic wolves, and the humans occasionally feed them leftovers and peices of rawhide. There ARE domestic wolves in this village.
